GSE compliments the concept design, analysis, and vehicle testing with a competent prototype build capability. GSE has high bay space with overhead cranes to remove the engine, the dump body, or to raise the vehicle to install a track over the wheels. GSE employs heavy vehicle mechanics who are accustomed to the level of experience that is demanded by our customers. The typical project is one that first starts with a CAD model, is optimized through ANSYS FEA, and is fabricated and installed on the vehicle. In many cases, the customer wants the components and subsystems tested in the field, quietly, and under a non-disclosure agreement. GSE will install strain gages and accelerometers and drive the vehicle on its customizable, 400 acre off-road test course.
