Testing Facilities

GS Engineering, Inc is well-equipped to test materials, components, subsystems and vehicles. For material testing, GS Engineering can machine samples to the required test size and perform a variety of mechanical or metallurgical tests. GS Engineering can also develop special test fixtures to validate the performance of a single component using equipment such as hydraulic test units. If you need full vehicle testing the 420 acre GS Engineering test course is very private and well suited as a low visibility “shake down” course that prepares your vehicle for other high profile test events or government test courses.

The GS Engineering Test Course Includes the Following:
• Gravel & paved slopes of 15% - 40%, 60%
• Paved 1” & 2” RMS courses – 500’
• Vertical steps of 18”, 24” & 36”
• Paved side slopes of 20%, 30%, ad 40%
• Multiple secondary road and cross country endurance areas
• Gravel frame twist
• Paved half rounds 4", 6", 8” and 10”
• Paved vehicle dynamics area
• High bay storage and maintenance facilities

GS Engineering offers the ability to customize portions of the course as needed by the customer. For instance, if you require a certain course we do not currently offer, GS Engineering will work with you to create that course very quickly for your test.  Please contact GS Engineering if you have a unique requirement.
