Josh joined GS Engineering in 2010 as a Test Engineer focused on instrumentation, data collection, and test execution, as well as supporting quick reaction design and manufacturing activities. Josh presently leads the test group, executing a broad range of testing activities in support of GS Engineering’s programs to client, industry, and internal standards. Josh is responsible for managing all activities at GS Engineering’s test facilities and ensuring that planned activities, obstacles, terrains, and supporting equipment, meets the client’s requirements. Josh and his team are able to utilize GS Engineering’s purpose-built test facilities, as well as those of numerous industry partners nationwide to provide customers with any environment or terrain type for turnkey development, performance and durability testing support.
Josh holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Michigan Technological University and completed the Automotive Technology program (with emphasis on vehicle technology development for NASCAR) from Universal Technical Institute in Mooresville, NC. His experience spans across multiple aspects of vehicle performance, durability, and survivability testing, instrumentation and data collection, metal fabrication and prototype assembly, 3D imaging and reverse engineering, and he is a Certified Weld Inspector.
