Meet Traci
Director of Business Development and Marketing
Traci brings extensive experience from her role as an Army Civilian at CCDC GVSC's Product Integration Facility. Specializing in DoD vehicle engineering, acquisition, and program management, Traci plays a pivotal role in leading business development efforts, focusing on relationship cultivation, sales forecasting, and achievement of strategic goals.
Traci's 20-year career encompasses DoD vehicle engineering in multiple capacities, winning multiple awards and commander’s coins won during her time at US Army RDECOM-TARDEC. At GS Engineering, she’s served a number of roles. As a program manager, she showcased versatility in design experiences, including product development for new vehicles from the ground up. As an engineering manager, Traci enhanced GS Engineering's operations through her vital role in project and workforce management.
Recognized in the industry, Traci was elected to the National Advanced Mobility Consortium's (NAMC) Board of Directors in 2023, highlighting her commitment to advancing innovation in the defense sector. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, Traci's blend of military and commercial experience positions her as a key player in fostering strong partnerships with clients and ensuring successful outcomes for Warfighters.
