GS Engineering has successfully completed the recertification of its quality management system (QMS) per AS9100D & ISO 9001:2015 standards, under the scope of “Design, Analysis, and Engineering Services”. Conducted by American Systems Registrar, LLC (ASR), the audit included a thorough examination of GS Engineering's processes and its commitment to quality, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.
ISO 9001:2015 is a globally recognized standard that sets requirements for quality management systems of all sizes, while AS9100D incorporates all requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and includes additional elements unique to the aviation, space, and defense industries. Third-party registration provides objective evidence of both conformance to standard requirements and effectiveness in results achieved.
“We continue to hold ourselves to exceptionally high standards, so this recertification, among many others at GS Engineering, keeps our products and services at the highest levels for our current and future clients.” said GS Engineering’s Jim Vendlinski, Vice President of Engineering, Technology & Innovation.
“Recertification to the AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 standards represents a major milestone for GS Engineering, affirming our company-wide commitment to deliver high quality, client-centric engineering solutions.” said GS Engineering’s Rick Berkey, Quality Manager.
The successful recertification further strengthens GS Engineering's competitive position and standardizes its quality management processes across both its Aerospace and Defense projects. For more information visit gsengineering.com.
