Meet Fred

Fred joined GS Engineering in 2026 as Vice President for Strategy and Growth, bringing 30 years of U.S. Army operational leadership, modernization experience, and hands-on integration work across the Joint Force. Throughout his career, Fred has focused on translating operational needs into executable requirements and helping align emerging technologies with warfighter priorities.

As Vice President, Fred leads strategic growth initiatives, customer engagement, and alignment between emerging defense needs and GS Engineering’s engineering, integration, and product development capabilities. His experience connecting operational requirements with industry execution strengthens the company’s ability to work alongside prime contractors on complex modernization programs. Fred brings a disciplined, mission-focused perspective to accelerating capability from concept through integration, validation, and fielding.
